KIN - a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant located on 619 Patricia street in Jasper town, Alberta. The restaurant's dishes are inspired by the traditional dishes typical from all regions of Vietnam, thereby creating dishes with high quality and meeting fine dining standards plating. The restaurant wants to create nostalgia in the space with the luxury of the elite so Saigon in the French colonial period from 1867 to 1945 was chosen as the design inspiration for this space with Indochine style.

BOARD
Objects used in space are related to Buddhism to create a sense of peace in the space, combining simple texture patterns of the Dong Son period to the meticulousness and sophistication patterns of the An Nam period will create a high artistic space. The goal of space is to reinforce the sense of calm, antique, organic, rustic and artsy.
The typical textures in the Saigon period from 1867 - 1945 such as the Dong Son and An Nam periods or the still life patterns, animal figures are used mostly in the space to create a feeling of antique mixed together with modernize.
