KIN - a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant located on 619 Patricia street in Jasper town, Alberta. The restaurant's dishes are inspired by the traditional dishes typical from all regions of Vietnam, thereby creating dishes with high quality and meeting fine dining standards plating.
The overall approach of the Cafetaria re-design is focused on functionality & sustainability. It is inspired by the West-coast mountain scapes & the serene feeling of nature to further integrate biophilia. We wanted the space to be able to foster a sense of community and inspire people to further engage in a healthy lifestyle.
West Gate Boutique Hotel is located at 151 Princess St, Exchange District. Exchange District is famous as the "Chicago of the North" because of its architectural legacy, heavily influenced by Chicago school design style within the surrounding urban setting of downtown Winnipeg.
